We specialize in the AS/400, iSeries, pSeries and xSeries line of IBM eServers. Our technical services personnel are trained not only on the hardware, but the IBM software offered on the platforms. Several members of our staff are certified iSeries “Experts.”
Our technical experts provide installation services, logical partition planning and management, operating system upgrades, and server performance tuning for the IBM iSeries servers. Our technical services staff provides complete network installation and integration with the IBM eServer product line.
Areas of expertise include installing and configuring firewalls, TCP/IP or Internet connectivity, and integrated Windows servers or Windows server installation and configuration. In addition, we can provide 24x7 support for our clients.
At Premier Technologies, we offer a Customer Service Contract (CSC) that allows your company to buy a block of technical services hours (40, 80, 120 hours) at a reduced rate for pre-payment. Your company can use the hours as needed throughout the year and get a break on the hourly rate for buying volume. With CSC you can also mix and match types of technical services skills needed.
